Deposited collections

The exhibition showcased Finnish contemporary art. Two large abstract paintings by Irmeli Hulkko and next to them a large sculpture by Reijo Hukkanen stand out in the photo.

In addition to its own collections, Pori Art Museum manages several private collections deposited to the museum. These collections contain approximately 700 pieces in total. The collections consist of both Finnish and international contemporary art and complement the museum collections in a significant manner.
