VAIKUTA Weeks at the Pori Art Museum provide a platform for dialogue, participation, and factual information. Bring your meeting, book club, or hobby group into the gallery space to engage with art and fellow visitors. Sign up by September 20 at heidi.porttila@pori.fi.
Throughout November, Vaikuta Weeks invite local organisations and community groups to engage with visitors at the art museum. These weeks offer a unique opportunity to bring your own gathering or event to the art museum and welcome new participants to join. These encounters offer an opportunity to share their work, provide reliable information and support, and encourage meaningful dialogue.
Running alongside visual artist Grace Ndiritu’s exhibition, Vaikuta Weeks expand on the exhibition’s themes by inviting visitors to explore society from multiple perspectives and reflect on how we can better understand one another and the world around us.
Together, the exhibition and events create a space for dialogue, new insights, and engagement.
